Winter WODfest
Welcome to the 2013 Winter WODfest! As CrossFit athletes we have to be prepared for the unknown and unknowable. A key part of this preparation is being able to perform under a variety of conditions. Last year it was the cold, this year we are adding another aspect; one in which Colorado has not seen in competition yet! Check back here frequently as details will be announced mid-November with registration opening December 3rd. Two Day Event: Jan 26-27th

CFE will be hosting a mandatory judges meeting Friday Jan 18th, at 6:30pm. Please be there for we will discuss all workouts, timeline, and details. If you absolutely can't make it, email lindsey@crossfiteminence.com to coordinate a make up.
All workouts at the gym, CrossFit Eminence.
Please show up around 7:30am. We should have your free tshirts at the gym the night prior for you to pick up. When they come in, I will post about them.

Winter WODfest 2013
All events on Sunday, January 27th will be held at the VMAC Pool in Thornton Colorado!
There will be plenty of room for spectators! The awards ceremony will also be held at the pool.
ALL COMPETITORS ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE CONFIDENCE IN AND UNDER WATER
